Dear Friend of Quaker Valley Girls’ Basketball,
The QV Girls’ Basketball Boosters is a voluntary, non-profit 501-c(3) organization comprised of parents,
guardians and friends of QV girls’ basketball whose purpose is to enhance and promote the program within
the Quaker Valley School District. This organization, working in conjunction with QVHS high school and
middles school coaches and administration in both the high school and middle school has the intent to
provide the opportunity for athletes within the Quaker Valley School District to play competitive basketball,
develop skills, promote social relationships among its members, and work to uphold the QVSD Mission,
Vision and Beliefs Statements found at http://www.qvsd.org/page.cfm?p=7 .
In order to achieve our goals and fulfill our stated purpose, we rely upon the generosity of individuals,
families, and businesses throughout the Quaker Valley. A few of the primary activities to which we are
committed include the following: participation in off season summer and fall basketball conditioning and
league play; a summer team basketball camp; shoes and travel warm up suits for the high school players;
Senior Night recognition; and a year-end banquet and awards presentation.
We are asking you to consider making a Sponsor donation to support the QV Girls Basketball Program.
Sponsor level opportunities range from $50 to $5000 (see attachment for details). We hope that you are
able to make a monetary contribution to this worthy endeavor.

There are special sponsorships for the Summer leagues, Girl’s warm ups and basketball shoes if you would like to make a donation to a specific part of the expense
