Quaker Valley coaches host multiple off-season workouts and open gyms, at both the high school and middle school gymnasiums.   These gyms are structured to vary between, individual skills development, game applications, and fitness training.  The coaches only ask for 2 things - your attention and sweat! - Current Schedule click here

The Off Season is the time to improve your game.  Different than Open Gyms, the Quaker Valley coaches open the gym up for high intensity, skill development training and situational basketball IQ focused workouts.

These are run in conjunction with the BC Fall League but are also open to Middle School Players.  These Workouts are run from August into October and feature plenty of individual skill development, but are also take on a team oriented focus with concentration on team defense, and transition concepts, and out of bounds plays.

The Quaker Valley Girls Booster Club encourages and sponsors team activities and group outings, to help build the culture and promote team bonding and growth.  These activities occur throughout the year.
